Step 1: Requirements: You will need the following information:
A. Your current ISCC member number that is displayed on your
membership card. If you have lost your card, contact the
ISCC Office at (877) 738-4451 or Email: iscc@petstylist.com
We’ll be happy to replace your card.
B. Credit Card number, expiration date, security code, and
name on the card.

Step 2: To Order: Click on the appropriate link below to purchase
your desired test(s). If you are currently seeking to become an:
A. ISCC Certified Professional Pet Groomer, choose the
“ICPG (250-254)” test link.
B. ISCC Certified Petcare DermaTech Specialist, choose the
“PDS (101-112)” test link.
C. ISCC Certified Master Pet Stylist, choose the “MPS
(200-209)” test link.

Step 3: Confirmation: Once you have purchased your desired test(s) and active membership has been verified, a confirmation containing the “test link” and directions will be emailed to you. Confirmations with test links are emailed Monday through Sunday, 9am-9pm exclusive of major holidays. Once you have ordered a test, it must be completed within 15 days of the purchase date.

Step 4: Retaking Test(s): ISCC on-line tests are timed. Each exam has been field tested to establish a reasonable time for average people to complete their test. Relax, we believe you will have adequate time to finish your test(s). However, if your test(s) must be retaken due to being incomplete, do not hesitate to contact the ISCC Office at (972) 414-9715 or email: iscc@petstylist.com.
